If there is anything we have learned during COVID is that VPNs, firewalls, and other business systems are not adequate to ensure users have access to those business systems so they can actually work from home. One reason to implement a SaaS business strategy is protection and security of corporate knowledge. Implementing a Zero Trust framework along with a complete SaaS IT business allows companies to be more competitive while conducting business in this new dynamic. Following an assessment of millions of internet-facing systems across approximately 40,000 commercial and public institutions..... remote access services, which is especially concerning given the shift to home working that has taken place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working from home presents companies with new challenges never thought of prior to COVID.
